Lead Machine Learning Scientist

Job descriptionDevelop descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive models with strong technical rigor. Apply advanced statistical modeling and data analytics techniques to solve business problems. Work comfortably across data engineering workflows to support end-to-end model development. Enhance and refine experimentation frameworks, including A / B testing , synthetic control experiments , and incrementality testing , to accurately measure business effectiveness. Collaborate closely with data engineers to scale, automate, and deploy models, integrating machine learning solutions into production environments . Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc.) — Required . Master’s / Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc.) — Preferred . Proven experience in prediction modeling , causal inference , and model optimization . Strong foundation in machine learning , including experience with evaluation and fault metrics. Expertise in Python , SQL , and at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) for scalable modeling and data processing. Ability to clearly communicate complex data science concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic business decisions.
Senior Data Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist – will develop leading, ground-breaking machine learning and AI-driven models for business use-cases. The Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with stakeholders, other data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers and analysts to develop sophisticated measurement frameworks, improve prediction models.
