Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets
• Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other research tools
• Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
• Help the sales team by finding the right POC in a company
• Monitor relevant industry news, publications, and updates
• Support in identifying potential business opportunities and customer segments
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to validate findings
