Billing Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. The role involves preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy in all billing-related activities. Freshers with strong analytical skills and a good academic record are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and issue invoices, debit / credit notes, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Verify billing data, reconcile discrepancies, and follow up for approvals or clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and sales to ensure smooth billing processes.
• Maintain organized documentation (physical and digital) for all billing-related activity.
• Handle routine communication related to billing, including emails and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Assist with preparing basic reports, summaries, and MIS related to billing.

Requirements :

prior experience or internship in billing / accounts will be an advantage.
