Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Containment Unit (RCU) Manager, located in Nagpur. As an RCU Manager, you will oversee risk management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include investigating potential fraud cases, implementing fraud detection frameworks, conducting audits, and collaborating with internal teams to mitigate financial risks. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing risk reports and providing insights for improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Conduct pre- and post-disbursement verifications of customer details, documents, and business premises. Identify and investigate fraudulent loan applications or suspicious borrower behavior.
- Perform field investigations to verify borrower credentials, references, and business operations.
- Review loan files, KYC documents, and financial statements to detect inconsistencies or potential fraud indicators.
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Collections, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk trends to highlight potential threats.
- Prepare detailed investigation and risk assessment reports for management review.
- Maintain a centralized fraud database and track recurring patterns or repeat offenders.
- Coordinate with law enforcement authorities, legal, and compliance teams for confirmed fraud cases.
- Support fraud risk training and awareness programs across business teams.
- Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines, company policy, and KYC / AML norms.
Location : To be based at Nagpur
Experience 3 to 5 years in RCU from NBFC or Banking
Salary : CTC upto Rs 5 lacs per annum
