Shift Timing : 8 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience : 1-4 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, cold calling, lead generation, and be driven to contribute to revenue growth. This role requires working during US business hours (night shift IST) and directly engaging with potential clients to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Requirements :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven experience in cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation is highly desirable.

Ability to work during US hours (night shift IST).

Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Proficient with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
