Node Js Lead

Location : Chennai, Pune

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Must-Have :

1. Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Node.JS.

2. Proven experience in leading development teams and projects.

3. Strong proficiency in RESTful API development in Node.JS / Nest.JS.

4. Proficiency in CRUD operations and unit testing framework like Jest.

5. In-depth knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges.

7. Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Good-To-Have :

1. Experience in Frontend development, (e.g., Angular)

2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

3. Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

4. Experience with agile software development methodologies.

5. Code review experience.

6. Security best practices and experience in securing applications.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

1. Lead and mentor development teams in Node.JS software design and development

2. Architect, design, and develop complex, mission-critical applications.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of software components.

4. Ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and performance optimization.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.

6. Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

7. Stay updated with the latest Node.js libraries, and best practices.

8. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
