Description : Saviynt Engineer L3
Experience Range : 5 to 10 yrs
Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida
Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency) :
Must-Have :
- Must have experience in Defining Rules, Access controls, Entitlements, User Policies, Certifications, Provisioning, creating workflows, rules, custom bean shell, provisioning plan, certifications, LCM, custom connectors, policies etc.
- Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, SAP etc.
- Must have good programming skills in Java, J2EE, Bean Shell scripting, database etc
- Saviynt Implementation & Configuration : Design, deploy, configure, and integrate Saviynt IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Application Onboarding : Onboarding various applications (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) using Saviynt's out-of-the-box connectors or custom integrations.
- Identity Lifecycle Management : Implement processes for user lifecycle management, including automated provisioning and de-provisioning, and birthright provisioning.
- Access Governance & Compliance : Configure and manage access certifications / campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies for toxic combinations, and risk-based access controls.
- Workflow Design : Design and configure custom approval workflows using Saviynt's workflow engine.
- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide L2 / L3 support, monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform regular system updates and patches.
- Documentation & Collaboration : Create detailed technical design and testing documentation (HLD / LLD), collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
- Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, SAP etc.
- Must have good programming skills in Java, J2EE, Bean Shell scripting, database etc
Good-to-Have :
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.Responsibility to troubleshooting issues independently and document issues after resolutions.Good knowledge and well acquainted with ITIL process along with IAM Life Cycle Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :1 Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames.
