Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operations for interior design and home décor projects.
  • Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and material logistics.
  • Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to optimize workflow and timelines.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and project installation teams.
  • Track and report project progress, budgets, and timelines to management.

Team & Project Coordination

  • Supervise cross-functional teams — including design, warehouse, dispatch, and on-site project teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review project updates and identify operational bottlenecks.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners for smooth project execution.

    • Inventory & Resource Management

  • Oversee stock levels, warehouse operations, and product movement.
  • Maintain accurate data of materials, furniture, and décor items.
  • Plan for timely sourcing and delivery to avoid delays in execution.

    • Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all projects adhere to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational protocols on-site.
  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Interior Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in operations / project management within interior design, architecture, or home décor industries.
  • Proven experience in managing design-to-delivery processes.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, logistics, and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar) is an advantage.
