Your Role

As the

Lead Architect , you will :

Head all architectural design projects from ideation to execution.

Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualization briefs aligned with brand aesthetics.

Collaborate with civil, interior, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and Vaastu compliance.

Coordinate with clients to interpret their vision into feasible, aesthetic designs.

Supervise architectural drawings, detailing, and BOQ alignment.

Lead and mentor junior architects and interns.

Conduct site visits to ensure construction follows design intent.

Drive innovation in materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.

We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institution.

4–10 years of experience in architecture / interior design, preferably in residential or luxury projects.

Strong design sensibility, presentation skills, and project leadership.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and related tools.

A keen eye for detailing and passion for quality spaces.

Willingness to relocate to

Assam

and be part of an evolving design culture.
