This is a full-time on-site role as a Test Manager based in Navi Mumbai at QualityKiosk Technologies. The Test Manager will be responsible for test execution, test management, test strategy development, testing, and creating test cases. The role involves overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in testing methodologies.
- 12+ years of experience in Mobile Internet banking (Retail Banking)
- Experience and knowledge of UPI Payment Domain and Bill payments Knowledge of Cards, Customer onboarding Experience of Liberalised Remittance Scheme - Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Manage testing resources, including test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
