We’re now expanding our core engineering team — and looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and wants to build real, production-grade Gen AI systems .

Role Overview

As an AI / ML Engineer , you’ll design, build, and deploy Generative and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll work on LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, automation flows, and scalable production APIs — while collaborating with cross-functional teams on applied AI projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy Gen AI / Agentic AI models at scale.
• Build RAG pipelines and optimize model retrieval workflows.
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs for production-grade use.
• Implement automations, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflows.
• Design APIs using FastAPI and integrate with Vertex AI, BigQuery, Firebase, and Dialogflow .
• Build, deploy, and monitor CI / CD pipelines on GCP .
• Containerize workloads using Docker and manage orchestration through Kubernetes .
• Collaborate on data engineering, model monitoring, and performance tuning.
