Position Overview :
We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) with 15-20 years of demonstrated leadership in the Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate will be an alumnus of a top-tier B-School with a strong foundation in both sales and marketing, balancing data-driven decision-making with innovative customer engagement strategies.
This role requires an executive capable of driving revenue growth through robust sales strategies (50%) and building a differentiated brand through integrated marketing initiatives (50%), leveraging digital transformation and consumer insights in complex real estate markets (residential, commercial, plotted, mixed-use).
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives and market dynamics.
- Active involvement in designing pre-launch, launch, sustenance sales / marketing strategies for all projects.
- Set aggressive yet achievable sales targets across multiple projects and geographies; ensure accountability through KPI-driven performance management.
- Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle : lead generation, pipeline management, deal closure, and post-sales client relationships.
- Build and nurture strategic alliances with channel partners, brokers, institutional clients, and corporate buyers.
- Lead pricing, inventory management, and forecasting to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Implement cutting-edge sales CRM and analytics tools to optimize sales funnel efficiency and customer insights.
Marketing Leadership
Architect and execute integrated marketing campaigns combining digital, offline, PR, and event marketing to boost brand equity and lead generation.Champion data-driven marketing strategies using SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing with a strong ROI focus.Drive brand positioning and messaging consistent with company vision, differentiating offerings in competitive markets.Align customer experience strategies throughout pre-sales, sales, and post-sales touchpoints to maximize engagement and retention.Utilize market research and competitor intelligence to continuously innovate marketing approaches and capitalize on emerging trends.Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development
Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic business initiatives and organizational priorities.Drive budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory frameworks including RERA.Key Focus Areas
