Rotating Equipment Reliability Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned rotating equipment reliability consultant to support our technical conferences, training programs, and workshops across the energy and industrial sectors.

This is a part-time hybrid role with flexibility for virtual delivery and occasional travel. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on rotating equipment reliability diagnostics and maintenance strategies.

You will participate as a speaker, panelist, or moderator in international technical conferences and forums.
You will evaluate technical papers and provide input into conference agendas.
You will share practical insights on performance assessment, troubleshooting, and asset reliability improvements.
You will collaborate with our team to align technical content with evolving industry challenges and trends.

Requirements :

You have proven expertise in rotating equipment performance diagnostics and reliability strategies.

You possess strong knowledge of turbomachinery, compressors, pumps, bearings, lubrication, and vibration analysis.

You have training or presentation experience in the energy, petrochemical, or utilities sector.

You have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

You have experience in technical events, professional committees, or knowledge-sharing forums, which is a plus.

You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, and a master's degree is preferred.
