We are seeking an experienced professional for the ITIL role at KVC Consultants Ltd. In this position, you will be responsible for applying ITIL best practices to enhance our IT service management processes, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement across various IT services.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Apply in-depth knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks and principles to optimize IT service management processes.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of IT services, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Level Management.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and established procedures across all IT operations.
- Participate in process audits and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ITIL processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to ensure seamless service operation and alignment with ITIL standards.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs on ITIL concepts for relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT service management and generate reports for continuous service improvement.
Skills Requirement :
Strong knowledge and practical experience with ITIL frameworks and principles .Understanding of key ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level Management).Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for documentation and stakeholder interaction.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in IT service delivery environments.ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate) is highly desirable.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Skills Required
