We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close business deals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person / virtual meetings to generate interest.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Understand client requirements and propose solutions that meet their business needs.Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings with prospects.Sales Strategy & Business Growth :
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.Identify new opportunities in existing and emerging markets.Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to drive decision-making.Deal Negotiation & Closure :
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.Lead negotiation efforts to close deals effectively and ensure win-win partnerships.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets consistently.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination :
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.Provide insights, feedback, and requirements gathered from clients to internal teams.Represent the company at business events, conferences, and networking sessions.Reporting & Performance Tracking :
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports in CRM systems.Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.Present weekly / monthly updates to leadership teams.Required Qualifications :
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.3-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.Strong understanding of consultative selling and B2B sales processes.Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.Strong networking abilities with experience in client-facing roles.Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc. ), MS Office, and sales automation tools(ref : iimjobs.com)
