Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close business deals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person / virtual meetings to generate interest.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and propose solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings with prospects.
  • Sales Strategy & Business Growth :

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to drive decision-making.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closure :

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Lead negotiation efforts to close deals effectively and ensure win-win partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination :

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Provide insights, feedback, and requirements gathered from clients to internal teams.
  • Represent the company at business events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking :

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports in CRM systems.
  • Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Present weekly / monthly updates to leadership teams.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc. ), MS Office, and sales automation tools
