Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring a positive experience for employees and candidates.

• Support core HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Plan and coordinate intern program events such as social gatherings, learning sessions, and engagement activities.
• Maintain, update, and audit employee records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Assist in organizing HR initiatives, internal communications, and company-wide engagement programs.
• Contribute to special projects focused on HR programs, systems enhancements, and process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support and handle additional responsibilities as needed.
