Qualification : Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Paint Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
🔍 Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the paint plant , ensuring adherence to production targets, safety, and quality standards.
- Work with IRL (InfraRed Reflective) paint formulations – development, testing, and production.
- Optimize paint application processes : spray, dip, powder coating, etc.
- Manage batch processing , raw material mixing, and pigment dispersion.
- Monitor and control process parameters to reduce defects (e.g., orange peel, sagging, poor adhesion).
- Support quality control (QC) procedures and troubleshoot paint defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with R&D for new product development and performance enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards in the plant.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, planning, QA) for smooth operations.

Hands-on experience in paint manufacturing / paint plant operationsKnowledge of IRL (InfraRed Reflective) Paint TechnologyUnderstanding of paint formulations – water-based, solvent-based, high solids, etc.Familiar with QC tools , viscosity measurement, gloss, hiding power, etc.Exposure to automotive, industrial, architectural, or protective coatings preferredBasic knowledge of equipment like mixers, ball mills, high-speed dispersers, spray boothsGood problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong understanding of safety protocols in chemical manufacturing
