Job Role : Assistant Manager GL (Finance)

Department : Finance & Accounts

CTC- 6.5-8 LPA

Location : Bangalore

Expected to join : Immediate / 7 days / 30 days

Preferred : Experienced at CA Firms

We are currently looking for a candidate for the role of AM – Finance (GL) . The ideal person should

have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in vendor management, invoice processing, and

payment cycles, and the ability to work in a dynamic finance environment. This is a great

Key Responsibilities :

  • Timely Closure of the Audit as per Timelines of Statutory, Tax and Internal Audit .
  • Preparation of financial statement by compiling and analyzing accounting information.
  • Reviewing the Monthly Audit schedules align with Statutory and Tax Audit.
  • Reviewing the workings of the respective departments and Reporting Exception to the

management.

  • ICOFR documentation with Quarterly Test Checking and reporting.
  • Maintaining the Legal and assessment tracker monthly in respect to consumer cases,
  • IDT cases and DT cases. Also ensuring the documentation of the same on a monthly

    basis.

  • Review of TDS rationalization-ensuring no non-compliance, correct ledgers and rates
  • are used as per Vendor wise / Section Wise / Invoice wise.

  • Documenting the challans of all the statutory dues and all the reports like packs, BSPL,
  • Director Pack and other reporting packs in a month by coordinating with the

    respective teams.

  • Preparation of the Monthly Financial Packs.
  • Balance sheet and PL variance analysis.
  • Preparation of a projected financials on a fortnightly basis.

  • MIS – Business parameters
  • Director Pack preparation of director pack along with rationalization of variances
  • Advance, current and deferred tax computation. Calculation of the taxes and ensure
  • all the sections are complied with as per the IT act.

  • Coordination with secretarial Consultant to ensure all the provision relating to
  • Companies Act are complied with like Board meeting, AGM, EGM, Appointment of auditor,

    filing of ROC forms like DPT-3, AOC-4 etc.

    Qualification : CA Intermediate / MBA Finance / Semi Qualified CA with 3+ Year

    experience / M- com with 5+ Yrs Experience.

    Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in core accounting / statutory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of TDS (section-wise), GST, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and book-keeping.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books,
  • NetSuite or ERP systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Semi Qualified CA Ca Inter with Experience of 2-3 years, B.com / M.com with
  • minimum 5 years of Experience, MBA in finance with at least 5 years of

    relevant experience.

  • Exposure with AI Tools (ChatGPT, Power BI, Copilot)
