Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop & manage Institutional Sales across South India.
  • Use your existing network in :
  • Hotels & Resorts
  • Hospitals & Healthcare Chains
  • Facility Management Companies (Sodexo, ISS, BVG, G4S, etc.)
  • Corporate Admin & Industrial Procurement
  • Conduct product demos & trials at customer sites.
  • Manage price negotiations, vendor registration & annual rate contracts.
  • Appoint and manage dealers / distributors / corporate supply partners.
  • Hire, guide & review Sales Executives / Territory Officers as the team grows.
  • Achieve monthly revenue & collection targets.

    • Required Profile

  • 3–10+ years of Institutional / Facility / Hotel / Hospital / Industrial B2B Sales.

    • Must have active contacts of :

  • Purchase Managers
  • Housekeeping Managers
  • Facility Management Vendor Networks
  • Strong deal closing & negotiation capability.
  • Willingness to travel across South India.
