Experience Required : Freshers (0–1 year) - Btech Mech / BE MECHanicalShift : Rotational

Job Purpose

To support the production and quality teams in day-to-day plant operations in the manufacturing of CRGO electrical steel , while learning about the processes of cutting, slitting, annealing, coating, testing, and handling of grain-oriented steel used in transformers.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Process Assistance

• Undergo training on CRGO manufacturing processes including :
• Coil handling and storage
• Slitting and cutting of CRGO sheets
• Stress-relief annealing
• Coating applications (insulation)
• Testing and quality checks
• Assist shift in-charges in supervising floor operations and manpower.
