Location : Mumbai

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive with a passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing influencer campaigns, especially within the beauty or personal care industry. If you’re someone who lives and breathes social media, understands content trends, and loves collaborating with creators — this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with key beauty creators and agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for content planning and brand messaging.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, beauty community movements, and competitor activities.
  • Handle influencer barters, negotiations, and budget management efficiently.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
  • Strong network of influencers and agencies in the beauty domain.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and campaign reporting.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
