Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader – IT Inside Sales to handle and guide the sales team, manage client communication, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT software / services inside sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities : prospecting, product pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
- Draft professional sales emails, proposals, and client communication.
- Identify business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements.
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports for management.
