Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX
Bot and NLP development using Genesys AI tools
Experience in building Conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots
Integration with third-party NLP engines like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson
Strong knowledge of Genesys Architect Flows and call routing
Hands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasets
2. Good to Have (Secondary) Skills :
Python / JavaScript for custom logic in bot integrations
REST APIs for system integrations
Experience with Google Cloud / AWS for deploying AI services
Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) APIs
Experience with CRM and backend integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
