Overall Role Purpose

To lead the complete setup of the new plant — from concept and construction to commissioning and steady-state operations — ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and timely execution.

Engineering graduate

Multilingual - Any regional language, English, Hindi compulsory.

Vell werse in Offical correspondences, Email, MS office

Key Experience Required

✅ Manufacturing Plant Setup Experience

Minimum 12–20 years total experience, with at least one end-to-end greenfield or brownfield project successfully delivered.
Should have handled layout design, vendor coordination, utilities setup, and commissioning.

✅ Industry Background

Preferably from textiles, elastics, technical fabrics, or automotive components (something close to your product line).

Should understand lean manufacturing, quality systems, and productivity metrics.

✅ Project Management Skills

Strong in planning, scheduling (MS Project or similar), budgeting, and CAPEX management.

Familiar with Stage-Gate or PMO project structures.

Experience working with European or multinational teams is a big plus.

✅ People Leadership

Has led cross-functional teams (Engineering, EHS, Quality, HR, Finance).

Capable of building a new team and setting a professional culture from zero.

✅ Systems & Digital Mindset

Experience with ERP implementation (ideally SAP, Comarch, or similar).

Basic understanding of digital manufacturing, traceability, and automation.

✅ Regulatory & Compliance Awareness

Knows local industrial approvals, safety, and environmental norms.

Should ensure all permits, utilities, and audits are ready before launch.

✅ Successfully commissioning and running the Plant within the timeline provided.
