Responsibilities :
Global Strategy & Governance
- Define and enforce global standards, policies, and controls for the Order to Cash process
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O2C policy governance and end-to-end framework definition
- Represent O2C function in cross-functional governance forums, business reviews, and decision-making forums
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Collaborate with global and regional teams to monitor and analyze KPIs such as UBSO, invoicing quality and timeliness, PSI & PAI, and collection effectivenessEnsure accurate and timely data visibility to support global leadership decisions and corrective actionsProcess Transformation & Automation
Lead continuous improvement, process transformation, and automation initiativesRe-engineer existing O2C processes to reduce inefficiencies and enhance overall effectivenessTechno-Functional Leadership
Translate complex business requirements into IT solutions across both legacy and modern systemsProvide configuration inputs and validate solution designs across platforms such as SAP ECC, S4 HANA, NetSuite, Workday, FSCM, OTMS, Athena, Cashbox, and othersIntegration & System Alignment
Ensure smooth integration of the O2C process with upstream and downstream systems, including billing, dispute management, and customer master data managementTransformation Program Support
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and major transformation programs impacting the O2C functionEnsure system readiness and process alignment for global deploymentsCustomer & Collection Strategy
Contribute to customer segmentation and risk-based collection strategies tailored to business linesPartner with commercial and finance teams to optimize collection effectivenessCapability Building & Best Practices
Drive global training and knowledge sharing initiatives to build O2C capabilities across regionsDevelop self-service tools and best practice frameworks for cross-functional teamsKey Measures of Success
