We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong track record in B2B marketing, franchise promotions, and HNI lead generation . The ideal candidate will be data-driven, ROI-focused, and hands-on , capable of planning and executing high-value campaigns that generate quality leads for business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Generate high-quality HNI leads and B2B client opportunities in Real Estate, F&B, and franchise sectors.
- Build multi-channel acquisition funnels to maximize lead conversion and ROI.
- Design strategies for franchise marketing campaigns including lead generation, branding, and expansion.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency and results.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Collaborate on-site with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment and fast execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies .
Requirements :
Minimum 7 years of performance marketing experience , including B2B, Real Estate, F&B, and franchise sectors.Proven experience in generating HNI leads and managing high-value client campaigns .Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels .Strong understanding of SEO, retargeting, email marketing, and marketing automation tools .Excellent analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.Ability to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously.Preferred Qualities :
Experience handling franchise marketing campaigns .Experience in offline-to-online lead generation for B2B and HNI clients.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills .Startup / agency experience with multi-sector exposure.
