Interior Fit-Out In-Charge

Project Handled – interior cost ranging 10,000 / - to 20,000 / - per sft Bungalow Project Handover – minimum 50,000 sqft with Techno-commercial expertise.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination with Architect and other Consultants finalize the BOǪ.
• Checking of working drawings.
• Ability to provide appropriate suggestion to the Management for correct selection of materials.
• Preparation C monitoring of finishing schedule.
• Preparation of MIS.
• Individually supervise the interior works.
• Preparation of Checklist.
• Providing material requisition well in advance. Measurement checking and Vendor bill certification.

Qualifications : B.Arch. with Interior Course (Adequate knowledge of all interior activities) with Software skill – Auto cad, Sketch-up, 3D, Excel.

Experience : 10-15 Years
