A ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer designs, configures, and implements solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Financial Planning. Key responsibilities involve requirements gathering, solution design, system integration testing, platform administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable SPM solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• SPM Module Expertise : Develop and configure core SPM functionalities, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, and Financial Planner Workspaces.
• Requirements & Design : Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs and scalable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on configuration over custom development.
• Development & Customization : Design, develop, and enhance SPM solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, catalog forms, workflows, and integration using Integration Hub and Custom APIs.
• Testing & Validation : Perform system integration testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support the resolution of defects.
• System Integration : Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with other ServiceNow modules and external partner systems.
• Platform Management : Act as a ServiceNow Administrator, handling platform upgrades, patching, daily health checks, and performance monitoring.
• Reporting & Analytics : Build and configure Performance Analytics (PA) dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide data visualization for business units.
• Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions and stay current with best practices.
