Job descriptionCreate, manage, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, content, influencer, on-ground activations). Collaborate with external marketing agencies to drive performance marketing, SEO, paid ads, and lead generation campaigns. Ensure campaigns are data-driven with measurable impact on brand recall and inquiries. Manage Edumate Global’s content and community across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Design and implement engaging content strategies (reels, posts, blogs, short videos) that reflect both brand credibility and relatability to students and parents. Track engagement, analyze analytics, and consistently optimize campaigns for maximum reach and ROI. Work closely with design teams to create compelling visuals, creatives, and student-centric stories. Partner with customer success / sales teams to align marketing with lead funnels and outreach targets. Manage ORM (online reputation management) by responding to brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across platforms. Analyze campaign data, conversion metrics, and social insights to refine strategies. Maintain monthly dashboards to track impact and showcase ROI of initiatives. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling a D2C brand; education industry experience preferred. Proven track record of creating campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO / SEM, and analytics tools. Experience collaborating with agencies and design teams to drive deliveries. Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities. Agile, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in regional languages such as Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil would be an added advantage but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of loans / finance concepts (comprehensive training will be provided). Competitive salary commensurate with experience. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building the Edumate Global brand from the ground up. This role demands a dynamic professional who can design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, drive digital campaigns, manage social media presence, coordinate performance marketing with external agencies, and shape the brand narrative for measurable growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on D2C marketing experience, education sector experience is ideal, and thrives in building impactful campaigns that resonate with students and parents while scaling brand awareness.

- Define brand narrative and messaging to strengthen identity and differentiation in a competitive market.
