Senior Accountant

Job Title :   Accountant - Expertise in Zoho Books, Payroll, PF, GST and TDS

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with in-depth experience in Zoho applications, Payroll processing, PF, GST and TDS filings, and handling FOREX banking transactions. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting using Zoho Books
• Proper deduction of taxes for Salary and Vendor Payments.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST (GTSR1 & GTSR-3B) and TDS (Form 24Q, 26Q,27Q).
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Calculation and Process monthly Payroll including PF and TDS.
• Assist with Softex filings and coordinate with banks for EPDMS submissions. Support in preparing and reconciling books during tax filings along with external auditors.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, to support financial planning and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications  – B.com  /  M.com  /  CMA /  CA Intermediate (or) Final

Budget  – 5 LPA to 6 LPA
