• This position is responsible for leading and managing the Review and Peer Review Teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Overseeing the complete manuscript review workflow from submission to publication
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce timelines
• Maintaining the highest standards of scientific rigor, editorial excellence, and ethical publishing practices
