Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an NC Programmer (Aerospace) at MSA Global Technology and Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The NC Programmer will be responsible for creating and editing NC programs, developing machining strategies, interpreting technical drawings, and programming CNC machines. The role also involves performing milling operations and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of machining processes.

Qualifications

Experience in CNC Programming and Programming for Aerospace Applications. Versatile in NC program generation on different machines (3, 4, 5 axis milling machines, VTL, Turn mill) using Mastercam software.

Simultaneous 5 axis program generation for table table type / head table type 5axis machines

Ensure the Production Schedule has met by releasing NC programs on machine one day

before.

Proficiency in Technical Drawing interpretation of aerospace parts

Skills in Machining and Milling operations

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in the aerospace industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience with AS9100 system adherence

Salary : Negotiable, based on experience.
