Senior UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and pragmatic UX Designer to join our dynamic product and engineering team. This is a strategic role for an individual contributor who can own the end-to-end design process, from initial problem discovery to final polished designs. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our enterprise and mobile applications, working in a fast-paced environment that values both speed and quality.

What You'll Do

Problem-Solving : Apply a strong design thinking and problem-solving mindset to tackle complex user and business challenges, translating them into simple, elegant, and scalable UX solutions.
End-to-End Design : Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from initial ideation and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity mockups.
Strategic Thinking : Go beyond the surface-level requirements. You will be expected to mentally map out solutions, iterate on ideas, and validate concepts before jumping into the design tool.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Design Systems : Utilize and contribute to our existing Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
User Research & Testing : Conduct user research and testing to validate concepts, analyze user feedback, and generate actionable insights to inform design decisions.
Communication : Clearly articulate your design decisions and the reasoning behind them to cross-functional teams, both verbally and in written form.

What We're Looking For

Experience : 2-4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on both enterprise applications and mobile apps.

Figma Proficiency : Strong proficiency in Figma is a must. You should be comfortable with prototyping, components, variables and collaborative workflows.

Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking frameworks to solve real-world problems. We're looking for a thinker, not just a doer.

Independence : A self-starter who can work with a high degree of autonomy and take initiative to drive projects forward.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, polished designs.
