Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Culinary Instructor at our Bangalore campus. The Culinary Instructor will conduct hands-on training sessions, mentor students in culinary and pastry arts, create lesson plans, and ensure an engaging and professional learning environment. Responsibilities also include evaluating student progress, demonstrating advanced cooking techniques, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and practical skills in culinary arts, including Indian cuisine and pastry arts
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and effective teaching methodologies
• Proficiency in kitchen organization, food safety standards, and hygiene maintenance
• Strong communication, mentorship, and classroom management abilities
• Prior experience as a professional chef or culinary instructor is highly beneficial
• Culinary certification, diploma, or degree from an accredited institution
