Preferred Candidate Profile

• Should have at least 5+ Years of experience as Tech Lead PowerBuilder.
• Independently identifies problem / bug and isolates and identifies product problems.
• Independently research and resolve technical problems including mission critical support requests.
• Provides customer and support feedback to product development related to product features and supportability.
• Resolves escalated technical issues and manage customer concerns as necessary.
• May participate in group projects and provide solutions for internal process issues.
• Documents customer software problems and general problem resolution information.
• Good communication and team working skills.
