Job Overview

Spandana Hospital is seeking a Mid-Level OR Technician for our Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector. The OR Technician will support surgical procedures, maintain intraoperative equipment, adhere to OR protocols, and ensure safety standards are met in a dynamic operating room environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in using patient monitoring systems to track vital statistics before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Experienced in surgical instrument sterilization ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Skillful in anesthesia machine operation to assist anesthesiologists during surgeries.
• Able to set up electrocardiogram (ECG) devices for monitoring patients' heart activity effectively.
• Mastery of infection control procedures to maintain a sterile and safe operating room environment.
• Intraoperative Equipment Management (Mandatory skill) : Skilled in handling and maintaining surgical equipment during procedures.
• OR Protocol Compliance (Mandatory skill) : Competence in following strict operating room protocols and guidelines.
• Emergency Response Techniques (Mandatory skill) : Prepared to respond swiftly to medical emergencies during procedures.
