Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Navsari. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction and needs. Daily tasks will include customer-focused service delivery, effective communication with clients, handling aftersales services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Aftersales services
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in automotive services are a plus
