Oracle OSS Technical Architect - UIM / OSM / ASAP Platforms

Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture / design of Oracle OSS platforms : UIM, ASAP, OSM
• Define end-to-end technical solutions across Fulfillment, Activation, Inventory, Assurance
• Integrate OSS with BSS, NEs, mediation, and third-party systems using APIs, MQ, Kafka, REST / SOAP
• Prepare HLD / LLD, deployment architecture, and capacity plans
• Support OSS software installation (on-prem & cloud-native), configuration, and tuning
• Guide adoption of CI / CD, Docker / Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure)
• Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure solution :
• 5+ years in OSS solution delivery; 2+ years in a System-Admin / Technical Architect role
• Hands-on with Oracle Communications OSS stack (UIM, ASAP, OSM)
• Telecom domain experience in Fulfillment, Assurance, Inventory, Activation
• Experience with WebLogic administration
• Familiarity with Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Cloud Native Responsibilities :
• Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs
• Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture
• Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutions
• Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus
• Good understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisite
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
