Job descriptionAs a key member of our global Workday Practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project success and build lasting relationships with clients. Provide expert guidance on Workday reporting processes and best practices. Lead multiple client engagements with limited direction and ensure timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status and changes. Partner with Sales team to support orals, demos, and LOEs. Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and advise on Workday best practices. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum 5+ years of work experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Senior Workday Reporting Consultant required to lead client engagements and provide guidance on Workday reporting processes.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday, including 3 years as an individual contributor in a lead reporting consultant role writing complex HCM reports.
- Total Workday Certification in HCM Core and Workday Reporting is mandatory.
- Prior experience with BIRT and / or higher ed and / or US government projects preferred but not required.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the US team and client.
