Infrastructure Specialist / Senior Specialist - Firewall & Network Security

Primary Skillset : Firewall Services - Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Proxy Servers, VPN Tunneling, and CCNP Certification

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, manage, and maintain enterprise firewalls including Palo Alto, Fortinet / FortiGate, and Checkpoint.
• Implement and support secure VPN tunneling solutions (IPSec, SSL VPN) across multiple sites and remote users.
• Manage proxy server infrastructures and web filtering technologies to enforce network access policies.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize firewall and VPN performance to ensure robust network security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational impact.
• Perform periodic firewall audits, security assessments, and rule base reviews.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in firewall and network security practices.
• Document network infrastructure, configuration changes, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support critical incident response.
