We are about 550+ people strong, and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a single point of accountability for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring
timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document businessrequirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and workclosely with technical teams to ensure proper implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuringadherence to SDLC and regulatory standards.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews with cross-functional teams.Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, promoting bestpractices in project management and business analysis.
Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinical regulatory requirementsthroughout the project lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills :
Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in clinicalpharma / healthcare projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality delivery.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Preferred Skills :
Experience with clinical trial management systems, electronic data capture(EDC), or healthcare IT solutions.
