Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10 field sales executives to achieve assigned business targets.
- Drive acquisition of new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through open market sourcing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through cross-selling of insurance, mutual funds , and other third-party financial products.
- Ensure high productivity of the team by conducting daily huddles, performance reviews , and on-the-job coaching.
- Plan and execute branch-level lead generation activities and field campaigns to boost business.
- Personally meet key customers to build relationships and close high-value CASA accounts.
- Monitor team members' daily activities, ensure timely follow-ups, and resolve customer issues.
- Facilitate ongoing training for team members on products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service.
- Recruit and onboard new sales team members to maintain adequate manpower.
- Maintain and report key performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 3–6 years in field sales; at least 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Strong experience in CASA sourcing , liability products, and cross-selling financial products.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Must be target-driven, energetic, and customer-oriented.Should have knowledge of banking operations, compliance norms, and KYC regulations.Skills Required
