About the Role

We are hiring a  Billing Engineer (Electrical)  to oversee commercial & billing aspects of electrical works across our projects. You will be responsible for BOQ interpretation, RA billing, contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and progress reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearances.

Responsibilities

• Perform  quantity take-offs  by analyzing electrical drawings & BOQs
• Prepare and submit  RA / Progress bills  aligned with site execution
• Verify  contractor / sub-contractor bills  with technical and financial accuracy
• Conduct  material consumption tracking & reconciliation  vs. theoretical usage
• Identify  extra / non-schedule items  and prepare competitive rate analysis
• Maintain complete billing documentation : measurement sheets, logs & reports
• Conduct  site inspections  for measurement validation
• Coordinate with site execution teams, clients & accounts for bill approvals
• Provide  monthly reports  on billing progress, cost utilization & variances
