Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Certified Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team to provide ongoing support and enhancements for our Workday Payroll system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, system support, configuration, and compliance in a Workday environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day support for the Workday Payroll system including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees, including regular, off-cycle, and year-end payrolls.
- Maintain data integrity across all payroll-related fields and integrations.
- Assist with Workday Payroll configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates or enhancements.
- Support compliance with tax regulations, wage laws, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, and IT to ensure payroll activities align with business objectives.
- Generate reports, audits, and reconciliations as needed.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and Workday feature releases.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.3+ years of experience in Workday Payroll (support, implementation, or configuration).Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax compliance.Experience with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, or Absence modules is a plus.Proficient in report writing and troubleshooting within Workday.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.(ref : hirist.tech)
