Clay Artist / Prototyper / Product Designer

Our goal is to make hands-on creativity fun, accessible, and beautifully designed. We’re looking for a  Product Designer / Prototyper  with a pottery or ceramics background to lead the design of our  air-dry clay  product line.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Clay Artist / Prototyper / Product Designer. The individual will be responsible for creating clay models, developing design prototypes, and collaborating with the product development team to innovate and improve new product designs. The role involves hands-on work with clay and other materials to create accurate and functional prototypes, as well as refining and iterating on designs based on feedback and testing.

As our Product Designer / Prototyper, you’ll be responsible for shaping the clay experience for our customers. From experimenting with air-dry clay forms, to developing project ideas for kits, to teaching techniques, you’ll combine creativity and practical skills to make clay approachable and inspiring.

Qualifications

Skills in Clay Modeling, Sculpting, and Prototype Development

Understanding of Material Properties

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Relevant experience in a similar role or industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Fine Arts, or related field
