🌎 We’re Hiring – International Admission Counsellors (US Market) 🌎

📍 Location : Marol, Mumbai (Work from Office)

⏰ Shift : US Hours (8 PM – 5 AM IST / 10 PM – 7 AM IST)

📅 Working Days : 6 days a week (Sunday Fixed off)

What You’ll Do :

✅ Counsel US-based learners & match their career goals with upGrad programs

✅ Manage the complete admission cycle from outreach to enrollment

✅ Deliver weekly / monthly enrollment & revenue targets

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records & represent upGrad professionally

What We’re Looking For :

🎓 Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years’ international admission experience (US market / EdTech preferred)

🗣 Strong communication skills with US-neutral accent

📊 Proficient in CRM tools & MS Office

💪 Resilient, target-driven, and flexible for US hours
