PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD
Job Description
We’re hiring a full-stack performance marketer who can run complete digital growth for brands — from traffic generation to conversions — while ensuring sharp communication and client coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Run Meta + Google campaigns end-to-end
- Build funnels (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU) & retargeting clusters
- Drive CRO : landing page improvements, A / B tests, funnel fixes
- Build & direct brand communication for ads
- Coordinate with clients monthly (strategy approval + reporting)
- Manage creatives, briefs & internal team workflows
- Track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
- Present monthly growth plans & insights
What You Must Have
3–7 years in performance marketingStrong in TG segmentation & campaign structureAbility to write or brief strong ad communicationExperience with GA4, GTM, events, heatmapsUnderstanding of UI / UX + landing page behaviourGood presentation & client communication skillsOwnership mindset (no task-level workers)Tools You’ll Use
