Full Stack Java Spring Boot Lead – AWS | 15+ Years Experience | Contract to Hire | PAN India (Hybrid Mode)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Java Spring Boot Lead with deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, adept at back-end development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot .
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable and secure solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement solutions on AWS , leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Aurora MySQL, API Gateway, CloudFormation / Terraform , etc.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews, best practices, and automated testing.
• Mentor and guide offshore development teams , providing technical leadership and fostering continuous learning.
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full application stack.
• Work on CI / CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments on AWS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams following Agile / Scrum methodologies .
• Manage version control (Git) and implement software development best practices.
