Data Product Engineer – Full Stack (2 Openings)

🕒 Experience : 4–6 years (Engineer) | 6+ years (Senior Engineer)

🧑 💻 Work Mode : Remote

Salary : Max 22 LPA to Max 28 LPA

🧠 Key Responsibilities

🔸 Full Stack Development

Design and develop end-to-end web applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Architect and implement high-availability backend systems capable of handling large-scale traffic.
Apply advanced Node.js concepts including child processes, clustering, and worker threads.
Optimize database performance (indexing, caching, and query optimization).
Ensure server-side security compliance (OWASP standards).
Deploy scalable systems on AWS / Google Cloud / Azure .

🔸 Frontend Leadership

Define and implement frontend architecture standards and UI / UX design principles.

Evaluate and integrate new frontend tools and technologies .

Lead UI / UX improvements , ensuring seamless performance and accessibility.

Manage bundler configurations (webpack, parcel, etc.), caching, and prefetching.

🔸 DevOps & Leadership

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute DevOps strategies .

Lead a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring best practices and operational efficiency.

Develop infrastructure budgets and manage CI / CD pipelines and tooling.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance across cross-functional teams.

🧩 Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 .

Strong understanding of UI / UX principles, material / flat design, and animation frameworks .

Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure) .

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins .

Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
