Telecalling intern

Job Title : Telecalling Intern Location : Work from home Duration : 3 to 6 months Stipend : Paid

About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a foundation in sales, marketing, or customer relations.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential clients / customers to introduce company products or services.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.

Assist in generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.

Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.

Skills & Requirements :

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).

Confident, energetic, and persuasive on calls.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
